Omega Muffins® President, Kathy Lemmon (pictured left) was raised in New Mexico. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in English. She is now a resident of Thousand Oaks, CA. Together with her husband she enjoys a family of active sons and two grand children. Kathy has been a business owner for over 20 years, including 7 years in Real Estate and Mortgage lending, and 12 years as owner of Organized by Design, a professional organizing firm. Kathy has spent the past several years researching wellness and nutrition, regularly consulting with dieticians, and taking courses related to diet and health. Activities she enjoys include yoga, skiing, gardening, sewing and quilting, and cooking.

Omega Muffins® Vice President, Robin Kasper (pictured right), brings more than 23 years of corporate experience to her role as Omega Muffins Vice President Shortly after attending Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, Robin moved to California to begin her career in the global trade industry where she advanced in a variety of leadership roles, including contract administrator overseeing international government contracts as well as several overseas offices. Her professional life also includes 5 years in the Real Estate industry. Robin became tuned-in to health concerns when her daughter was diagnosed with a life-threatening peanut allergy at a very young age. She has worked closely with doctors and school nutritionists to implement programs and systems to create a safe school environment for children with food allergies. Robin, her husband and teenage daughter are residents of Thousand Oaks. The family enjoys traveling and cooking together.
